Pricing & Registration

Pricing includes access to over 120 educational, roundtable and one-on-one consulting sessions; a three night stay at Gaylord Opryland Resort, a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening with dinner and drinks; Focus Fit Mindful Stretching class; breakfast Thursday, Friday and Saturday; lunches Thursday and Friday; snacks throughout the conference; and an evening Customer Appreciation Networking Event on Friday evening with dinner and drinks at Wildhorse Saloon.

We understand that during this uncertain time it's difficult to plan ahead. However, we have your health and well-being in mind. Gaylord Opryland has a COVID policy in place and a relaxed cancellation policy (view full policy on our FAQ page).

Registration Pricing:

Early Bird Pricing (Ends at midnight on 5/31/2022) - with hotel $2,345 / without hotel $2,195

Discounted Pricing (Ends at midnight on 9/12/2022) - with hotel $2,545 / without hotel $2,395

Regular Registration Pricing - with hotel $2,745 / without hotel $2,595 (After 9/12/2022)

Group Discounts:

Companies with 3 or more employee attendees will receive a $50 refund, per attendee, after the conference.
Companies with 5 or more employee attendees will receive a $100 refund, per attendee, after the conference.
