If I register, who is the check made out to? The check should be made payable to RFG Events and mailed to: RFG Events, LLC, 9280 Davidson Hwy, Concord, NC 28027.
Is my hotel stay included in the registration fee for VISUAL Focus 2022? Yes, you will indicate your check-in and check-out dates on the online registration form and RFG Events will make your hotel reservation. A confirmation number will be emailed to you after payment is received.
Am I guaranteed a room at Gaylord Opryland Resort? RFG Events has secured a substantial room block at the host hotel, but it is very likely to fill as we get closer to the conference. We encourage potential attendees to register early to secure your room.
Can I share a room with another person? Yes, when registering, one attendee will choose "WITH HOTEL." The other attendee will choose "WITHOUT HOTEL." If you are sharing a room with coworkers/family/friends, you will enter their names and ages on the registration form. If they are an adult, you may use 18+. Two guests are included in the guest room conference fee. There will be a $25 fee (including taxes) for each additional person staying in a room (4 people maximum per room). Children 12 years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.
Can I check-in earlier than Wednesday, October 12th and still receive the special hotel rates? Yes, bring family or friends and stay longer! The VISUAL Focus rate of $282 is available 3 days prior to the event, based on availability. PLEASE register early if you plan to stay for extra days. Request extra nights during registration by selecting the number of “Extra Hotel Nights” on the registration form and choosing your check-in/out dates. Sorry, but nights after the conference are sold out.
Can I get the conference hotel rate if I contact the hotel directly? No, Gaylord Opryland Resort has a special negotiated conference rate and all reservations need to be made by RFG Events. Please indicate when registering if you will need a hotel room, and your dates of check-in and check-out.
What time are check-in and check-out? Gaylord Opryland Resort has a 4pm check-in and an 11am check-out. The bell hop at the hotel can hold your luggage if needed.
What amenities are included with my hotel room? Your room will come with several amenities (including, but not limited to) a hair dryer, mini-refrigerator, desk, safe and iron/ironing board. Also, included with your stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort are internet access, fitness center access, daily credit of up to $10 per room towards dry cleaning, newspaper, unlimited local and domestic long distance calls, in-room bottled water (2 daily), Gaylord Spring Golf Links practice range access and daily bucket of balls and shuttle, Opry Mills Savings Passport worth hundreds of dollars in additional savings, and Wildhorse Saloon cover charge for up to 4 guests (some restrictions apply).
What is the dress code for the conference? There is no dress code, although all meetings, including the Welcome Reception and Networking Event, tend to be business casual. If you are more comfortable in jeans or shorts, that works!
Can I bring a guest? Yes, the cost for a guest pass is $300 with the purchase of a full conference pass. The pass allows your guest to attend the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening to be held at Gaylord Opryland Resort on October 12, and the Customer Appreciation Event at Wildhorse Saloon on Friday, October 14. The guest must be at least 21 years of age and will not have access to conference sessions. If you prefer to have your guest attend one of the events, but not the other, the cost is $150. Please indicate on the registration form which event you are requesting.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend? Yes, all substitutions must be sent via email to info@focusonvisual.net, and must be received by October 1, 2022. No fee will be charged for processing substitutions

What if I need to cancel my registration? All cancellations must be sent via email to i nfo@focusonvisual.net, and must be received by September 1, 2022. See cancellation schedule below:
- Full refund if cancelled on or before August 1, 2022
- 50% refund if cancelled on or before September 1, 2022
- No refund if cancelled after September 1, 2022
What airport is closest to Gaylord Opryland Resort? Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located about 8 miles from Gaylord Opryland Resort and is the closest airport to the conference location.
What transportation is available between Nashville International Airport and Gaylord Opryland Resort? Shuttles, taxis and rideshare (Uber, Lyft) are available at the airport. Estimated taxi fare is $30 one-way.
What is the cost for parking if I drive to the conference? Self parking is $33 per day and Valet parking is $45 per day.
Is transportation offered to and from downtown Nashville? Gaylord Opryland resort offers complimentary shuttles for overnight guests to several areas of downtown Nashville. These include Grand Ole Opry House, Opry Mills and General Jackson Showboat. Rideshares (Uber, Lyft) are also available. Downtown Nashville is only about 11 miles away from Gaylord Opryland Resort.
